This private reference site is independent of every government office. It does not store official files, retrieve records, perform an official check, or submit paperwork.

The resource identifies custodians of Grant County records, including the sheriff, County Court, District Court, Nebraska State Patrol repository, and Nebraska Sex Offender Registry. It may also connect visitors with outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Use is conditioned on the following limits:

• Do not violate federal, Nebraska, or local law
• Do not stalk, threaten, or harass another person with information found here
• Do not use the content for hiring, housing, credit, or insurance decisions
• Do not seek unauthorized access to any part of the service

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

No information obtained here or through a linked tool may be used to stalk, intimidate, threaten, harass, or discriminate. Nebraska Sex Offender Registry information is published for notice and public safety. Vandalism, threats, retaliation, or vigilante conduct against a registrant or family may be criminal. The same data may not be turned into a prohibited employment or housing blacklist.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and does not create consumer, credit, or background reports. Its advertising partners are not presented as tools for evaluating applicants, borrowers, insurance risks, or renters. Information from this site or a linked tool must not be used to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

A legally permissible official check should be obtained through the Nebraska State Patrol or an FCRA-compliant provider suited to that purpose.
